Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Northlake

Nearing midnight the evening of November 8th, on the way back from CLT airport after a long trip, our SUV decided to break down. We were able to coast into the parking lot of this Courtyard. The parking lot was packed but an employee helped push the SUV into the only open spot, which was an EV spot. The two women inside (I wish I knew their names) couldn't have been nicer. We were not going to stay at the hotel, we were calling an Uber to take us home and deal with the vehicle, so they gave us a parking pass and assured us they understood and it was not an inconvenience. The next day was Sunday so our mechanic was not open to receive our towed vehicle, so we drove to the hotel and spoke to Alisha, who also couldn't have been nicer and more understanding. We were able to arrange for a tow truck the next day. All I can say is if this is how they treat people who aren't their guests, I can only imagine the great service you receive when you are a guest. We want to thank all of you so much. Given the state of our world today, it is so refreshing to meet kind and welcoming people. You made a really inconvenient situation so much easier to manage. I recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Northlake and had a wonderful experience thanks to Brittany at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived, explained everything clearly, and was consistently kind and courteous throughout my stay. Her attention to detail—whether it was outlining the property amenities, answering questions, or offering thoughtful local tips—made check-in seamless and made me feel truly valued as a guest. Brittany’s warm, professional demeanor stood out and significantly enhanced my visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I hope to see Brittany again on my next trip.

I am currently staying at Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Northlake and have had a very positive experience. While travel can sometimes come with unexpected hiccups, what truly stands out is how a property responds — and this team handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. The leadership was responsive, attentive, and clearly committed to guest satisfaction. The Bistro team delivered excellent service during both breakfast and dinner. The Starbucks coffee was prepared perfectly (and as someone who travels frequently and appreciates good coffee, that says a lot), and the food quality was consistently very good. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, this property demonstrated strong customer service, accountability, and hospitality. I would gladly stay here again when visiting the Charlotte Northlake area. Thank you to Amy Panunzio and the great team at this location.

Beautiful hotel. It was very clean. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Restaurant right next-door, Hickory Tavern was convenient and also very good. Despite using noise maker app on both of our phones, it sounded like we were sleeping along the highway all night. Such a shame they didn’t better insulate. Avoid room 301 or anything at that end of the building and hopefully you will sleep better.

Value for the price, good location with nearby dining options. Staff helpful with decent gym & bistro bar for size of hotel.

Brittany was very helpful. I needed items for my room and they were there in minutes. Definitely a superb front desk agent!! Checking with her was fast and smooth!

My room was clean and comfortable. The shower was awesome. The bed was enjoyable. The staff was very helpful. Overall I had a pleasant stay in the Queen City!

Brittany has been amazing. We were without power all day, so we came here to stay. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Great customer service is getting harder to find. Thank you again Brittany!
